Sven is the City Administrator for the City of Perry. Sven oversees and guides the activities of various departments and special projects in Perry to ensure they are aligned with the policies and goals of the City Council. 

Jon is a Senior Project Manager at Eocene, an environmental consulting firm based in Johnston, Iowa. Eocene was selected by the City of Perry as the Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) to assist with the implementation of Perry's brownfields program.

Leon is an Environmental Specialist with Eocene and is leading the technical components of Perry's 2023 Brownfield Assessment grant.
